Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Smacoscuba. Smacoscuba is committed to your shopping satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Refunds And Returns For Conditions

Within 60 days after delivery of the product, if the product has the following problems, we will allow the return or refund of the product :

(1)The product is broken when you receive it.

(2)The product is not what you ordered.

(3)Quality issue during your application

If you meet the conditions above, you can record a video or images to prove the problem. And sent it to service@smacoscuba.com. Once we confirm that the products cannot work or the product is not what you ordered, we will arrange to return and refund.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, customers are not required to bear the shipping fee.

If you want to return or refund due to personal reasons, such as purchasing the wrong item, or no longer wanting the items, customers need to pay the return shipping fee within 60 days after delivery.

How to start your returns & refund

Before returning, please contact us for return details and the correct return address. All returns for refund must be authorized by Smacoscuba within 60 days of delivery with a valid RMA Number, please contact us at service@smacoscuba.com.

Please note that products must be returned in the original packaging and will not affect the second sale. Once the item arrives back at the warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

RAM Numbers

Each order being returned must have a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Only one RMA number will be issued per order, if two or more products are being returned that are on different orders, each order needs a separate RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.

The RMA number will be valid for 15 days upon issue or receiving. 

Timeframe For Returns & Refunds

Returns are processed during normal business hours (Weekdays, 9 am-6 pm).

You will receive a confirmation email from us after receiving your product within 24 hours.

After receiving the product from you our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item(s) to make sure they are unopened and in their original condition. 

Upon passing our inspection, a refund will issue to you and you will be notified by email. Please be informed that it will take 3-5 business days to be processed the whole procedure after receiving the returned product.

If your item(s) fail the inspection, we will inform you about our decision that either we will send the item(s) back to you at your own expense or destroy them.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It usually takes 3--5 business days to refund your account depending on the bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@smacoscuba.com.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for those products that are damaged upon delivery or quality problem. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at service@smacoscuba.com with a description of the damage or defect within 60 days of the purchase date.

  • Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
  • Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
  • The email address you used to purchase the order

Orders will be canceled within 24 hours from when they are received. Due to relays related to COVID-19, you may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed (ie you haven't received a tracking number yet.

Cancellation Timeframe

After your order cancellation is approved, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed by your financial institution.

Basic Shipping Policies

We only offer free home delivery to multiple locations in the United States(Except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). And, we offer free shipping on all of our products, we use UPS, DHL, FedEx, and USPS, to ship your orders very tightly sealed.

Order Shipment Times:

Most orders placed before 5:00 p.m. PST will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:0p.m. PST will be shipped the following business day.

All orders will be arranged by UPS, FedEx, and DHL, usually, it takes 4--8 business days to arrive. Please contact us at service@smacoscuba.com if you did not receive your order within 8 business days. 

We ship orders on regular business days Monday - Friday (non-holidays). Orders placed on weekends will ship on the following business day.

Supported Countries

Free shipping is offered for the contiguous United States. Not including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

For other countries except the USA, we cannot support shipping for now.

Smacoscuba ships with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS for our deliveries.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours and are shipped out as soon as possible.

Shipping Address

Military APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes may require additional time for delivery, so we don't support P.O. Box addresses. 

Inspecting Your Order When It Arrives:

If your order arrived, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the package. We recommend that you verify the following items before signing the bill of landing:

Make sure that you have received the correct item:

Check to make sure that there is no damage to the packaging. If there is damage more than normal wear and tear that occurs in transit, this could indicate that your item was damaged during shipping.

If your order is correct and in good condition, please sign for the package. However, if you did not receive the correct unit or find damage to the packaging, please refuse the package and send an email to our customer service team at service@smacoscuba.com. We will provide you with additional instructions to get your order corrected.

Undelivered Packages

Our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Smacoscuba.

As an undelivered package and will be tagged as a return to sender. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at service@smacoscuba.com to make arrangements for reshipment.

Canceled Orders

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Kindly notify our customer service to cancel orders before 5:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting service@smacoscuba.com.

Make sure to include the following information when requesting an order cancellation: Order number & Contact information.

Order Status & Tracking

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed within 1 working day upon confirmation of payment from our US warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of orders. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

In general, it may take several working days for delivery, depending on the different delivery methods. Please note that some orders go through our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed by an additional 1 working day. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and deliverable.

Tracking Order

Your tracking code will be shown in your order dispatched email.

If the parcel has not arrived after you had expected it to, please contact us at service@smacoscuba.com and we will be more than happy to help by contacting the courier on your behalf.
